I'm Isaac Silvey - fitness, health & wellness enthusiast! I was born & raised in the small Michigan town of Vassar - a few hours north of Detroit - "GO BLUE!" I have been a fitness fanatic since a young age. I remember PE was my favorite class during high school. At one point, I even asked to use the local juve gym after school & on the weekends! I was raised in a family that loved sports, especially basketball and college football. I became more interested in injury recovery & nutrition in my late teens and early 20s. During that time, I suffered from a range of diagnosed problems like plantar fasciitis, patella tendonitis, ankle sprains, shoulder impingement, sciatica, pre-diabetes and hypoglycemia. Quite a long list for a 20-year-old! So began my quest to help myself physically. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, I used some of my free time to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. At present, my certifications also include: NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Nutritional Coach, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist & TRS Movement & Mobility Specialist. I can't wait to share what I've learned with you & start this fitness journey together!

You can accomplish much with little. We recommend: (2) Sets of dumbbells (light & heavy), jump stretch band, monster band, resistance bands, stability ball & lacrosse ball (for mobility/stretching). Click this link for easy amazon links to our recommended equipment.
Unlike some gym trainers, we strongly emphasize wellness as opposed to just fitness. We always coach in a way that minimizes the risk of injury and work hard to help rehab existing ones. Some gyms say "no pain, no gain." We prefer living your life with "no pain at all."
